Culinary Healing
with Seniors

Come Taste the Story

A cultural food and storytelling program that brings seniors, families, caregivers, and community members together through food, memory, culture, and connection.

Every dish has a memory. Every memory deserves a table.

About the Program

Food is more than what we eat.

It carries family history, culture, comfort, identity, and love. Culinary Healing with Seniors uses food as a way to encourage social connection, reduce isolation, promote wellness, and celebrate the lived experiences of seniors.

Through cultural cooking, storytelling, and shared tasting, the program creates a meaningful opportunity for seniors and community members to connect in a welcoming environment.

Each session features cultural cooking teams who prepare dishes representing their heritage and share the memories, traditions, and stories behind the meals.
