The Safe Haven Conference

Our flagship annual gathering for immigrant women — a full day of connection, resources, and celebration. First launched in 2023, Safe Haven grows a little bigger every year. Here's the journey so far, and what's next.

Connect & Heal

Small-circle sessions held every quarter for sisters to process, support one another, and build lasting friendships in a safe, guided space. Connect & Heal has run across multiple editions, each centred on a new theme of healing and community.

Culinary Healing with Seniors uses food as a way to encourage social connection, reduce isolation, promote wellness, and celebrate the lived experiences of seniors. Through cultural cooking, storytelling, and shared tasting, the program creates a meaningful opportunity for seniors and community members to connect in a welcoming environment.
