Shortlisted applicants are invited to a screening interview to discuss experience, motivation, and expectations — and to ask their own questions.
Applicants who complete screening are matched with an opportunity based on skills, interests, availability, and organizational needs.
Selected volunteers complete orientation covering SICWS's mission, policies, conduct expectations, tools, and role-specific training.
Volunteers are officially accepted into the program and begin their role — with ongoing supervision, guidance, and support.
